Outlook 2016 - Duplicate Inboxes - Microsoft Community


my inbox has gained more inboxes. how normal inbox, followed drafts,sent, trash..... have inbox 1 , inbox 11, plus more junk e-mails , more trash boxes? these have appeared on more 1 pc cant glitch on particular unit , i'm not sure point of them is? ideas? strangely haven't appeared on other accounts within program "info@" account?

hi,

to isolate concern regarding on inbox in outlook, we’d know following:

  • version of windows.

press windows key + r open run window. type winver, press enter.

  • if upgraded operating system.
  • if using outlook pc or outlook.com.
  • if have multiple accounts synced outlook.
  • if created many folders before.
  • recent changes made computer.
  • if there's error when launch outlook.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
