the thread has been ignored, months. maybe problem has been ignored.  there supposedly bug filed engineers, nobody microsoft answer whether been viewed or attempted fix been checked in recent builds.

please try remove plist files contain “com.microsoft.outlook.plist” in username/library/containers/com.microsoft.outlook/data/library/preferences see if issue can resolved.
