Outlook Search issues - Microsoft Community


hey guys,
having issue user's outlook.  @ first starting out not seeing recent results, until clicked on, "find more on server."  rebuilt index , not work @ without outlook disabled index.  have tried following things:
reinstall search index programs , features , rebuild it
new outlook profile
office repair
brand new user profile
i have outlook running without index on.  works, of course slower.  have ideas?

one of possible reason why you're unable see results in search catalog because indexing of microsoft windows , microsoft office system data files may not complete. suggest go link , follow steps on how rebuild search catalog, restarts indexing of data files.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
