so let me straight, can't install standalone ms project 2016 , have office365 installed , can't project 365 personal user? not want our money?

in case, we’d explain can use click-to-run install project 2016 on office 365 portal after purchase project subscription.

you can go admin center>billing>purchase service find project subscription.
