Office365 on desktop - Can't see emails in imported files - Microsoft Community


hi, moved imap(?) email address webmail exchange email through office365 (both through godaddy). used outlook installed on pc (from 365) export old email , import new, via .pst. so... know worked, because accessing email through browser can see everything. on desktop version (on 3 computers me , on 2 computers user did same change), in imported folders invisible. if new email comes in , move there, vanishes. can see through browser, because of different functionality prefer use desktop version. on tech support 2 different people, hour each, , far nothing. help!

just sure when go view select type in arrangement section before trying change view.
