PowerPoint Fonts - Microsoft Community


i trying move multiple sets of slides individual presentations 1 new presentation. new presentation contains new background , theme font, have set in slide master. unfortunately, old text not formatting new theme font (tahoma).

i appreciate help.

try this:

open both presentations (let's call them a, 1 you're bringing slides into, , b, 1 you're moving slides from).

put both in slide sorter view.

in b, select slides want copy, rightclick, choose copy.

switch a, click want slides go, rightclick, choose paste.

after pasting, should see little gadget on screen @ lower right of group of slides pasted in; click , choose "use destination formatting" (or words effect).

your text take on formatting of destination (a) presentation unless @ point has selected text , applied other formatting it; in case, click reset; might help.
