hi sam,

that knowledge base article article id 2743752 2 years old. going update? in mean time, company has 64,000+ employees , none of mac users can use outlook view shared calendars unless each individual person makes every other individual person reviewer. microsoft should embarrassed. can update article know it's @ least being worked on? makes outlook client mac useless if have work other people.

thank post. regarding accessing shared calendars permission issue, calendar owner must share both primary , secondary calendar folders in order them access. article valid. if have concerns, suggest submit feedback related team via link: (https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/293343-outlook-for-mac). many features have been designed or upgraded based on customers' valuable advice.
