Can't see 365 account emails older than 1 year in outlook, but I - Microsoft Community


i can't seem outlook sync mail account. emails older 1 year don't appear. have changed slider in account settings keep "all" mail offline, , have restarted outlook (and computer) instructed.

any other troublesooting thoughts how can resolve issue? reading online disk space. possibile problem?

outlook.com/hotmail/live/msn mail account? , if has been upgraded full exchange, eas?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
