Error Sync Outlook "Your Server does not support the connection - Microsoft Community


i'm having problems outlook 2013 syncing gmail account, issue started when add new account gmail in outlook. throws error while tested account setting. every-time throws error :-
0x800ccc1a "your server not support connection encryption type have specified.

i've tried changing setting in gmail , open account access enable.

is there can or change make work? please me.
