Groups in Outlook - Microsoft Community


groups create through office 365 portal don't appear on outlook program. why?

i’d confirm following information narrow down issue:

1. do office 365 groups show in other group members’ outlook clients?

2. please set account in outlook client see if issue persists.

3. if works in outlook client, issue can related outlook client. please try creating new outlook profile to see if works.

4. to identify if issue related add-ins, please start outlook in safe mode see if issue persists. (click start > run> type outlook.exe /safe> clickok.)

if works, try disabling add-ins see if works:

click file> options> add-ins> select “com add-ins” in manage drop-down> click go> uncheck add-ins not using> click ok.

5. the detailed version of outlook client. please navigate file> office account> office updates check it.

6. pure online user or have skype business server deployed in organization?
