Highlighting Current Day in Outlook 2016. - Microsoft Community


i highlight current day in it's entire box, not thin top header.  tried reading through several posted comments , seems microsoft took out.  use team see scheduling of deliveries , other scheduled items.  thin top highlighting worthless.

is there way done have not seen in forums?

the feature highlight current day unavailable in outlook 2016, however, can set calendar automatically highlight appointments , recurring events using conditional formatting.

  1. go calendar.
  2. go view tab select view settings.
  3. select conditional formatting.
  4. click add.
  5. name rule , select highlight color want.
  6. click condition.
  7. go advanced tab.
  8. on field bar, type start , select today condition click add list.
  9. on field bar again, type end, select today again condition click add list.
  10. click ok 3 times save changes.

with setting, calendar highlight appointments, events, , meetings day depending on color selected.
