Outlook 15.32 (170309) on Mac gets slow over time. - Microsoft Community


macbook pro (13-inch, late 2016, 4 thunderbolt 3 ports)

2.9 ghz intel core i5

8 gb 2133 mhz lpddr3

macos sierra - 10.12.4 (16e195)

on system, outlook starts getting slugging after day or 2 , crawls. visible when click on email , preview take 2-3 seconds load. restarting outlook fixes till happens again.

it has stared happening after last couple of updates (dont know version).

outlook mac 2016 has fresh update on april 3 , current pruduction version 15.33.170409. many bugs , known issues fixed after new update released. may install new update check if issue can fixed.

if doesn't help, need collect following information issue:

1. symptom occur on other office apps, excel, word?

2. appreciated if can record video symptom , upload via link below:

3. mentioned restarting outlook fix temporarily. can let me know how long issue reoccur after restart outlook? did during period?

4. have rebooted mac check if there improvement?
