Outlook 2016 Calendar views - Microsoft Community


in outlook 2016, (email , calendar) column has appeared right of reading pane seems list of common tasks.  in email, has icons delete, respond, move, followup, etc.  in calendar, has items home ribbon tab, including new event , 4 items in "arrangement" group.  i want delete column, cannot find out called search out how delete.  is toolbar or special view?

  • what actions have tried far delete column on outlook 2016?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
