use outlook 2016.  outlook not open.  opened in safe mode , worked.  today received message had problem , needed repaired.  answered yes , nothing happened, after waiting few minutes , restarting computer

to issue in opening outlook, suggest run repair office steps on link.

you can disable com add-ins see if add-in causing issue:

  1. click file in outlook, go options.
  2. select add-ins.
  3. choose com add-ins manage drop down, click go.
  4. uncheck add in 1 one , see if disabling 1 of them correct issue.

update on result.
