Outlook showing wrong item and unread count in shared inbox - Microsoft Community


have shared inbox @ work shows item count 103 emails 37 unread. when go through inbox count 57 emails 3 unread. idea why there such big disparity?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
