Powerpoint 2016_MAC / creating a resource document accessed from - Microsoft Community


i creating training powerpoint.  rather creating multiple slides, able have slide 3 action buttons  each 1 has photo or pdf different scenario. can that?

i have tried using hyperlink. results seem undependable. object opens, message "some files may contain viruses..."

not feasible stop security warning when open linked pdf in presentation. given situation, welcome , encourage share ideas through uservoice. understanding experience helps make our product , service better , others.

meanwhile, if insert link pdf file presentation in mac, pdf cannot opened in windows, because windows operation system won’t recognize address mac used. need convert file path windows format.
