When I add a 365 account in addition to an already defined account, it - Microsoft Community


when add 365 account in addition defined account, crashes after shut down , restart outlook. error registering is
"can not expand folder". when run scanpst program finds errors in file. please note 365 account add shared account users. computer has windows 10 creators edition installed in latest version. tried resetting operating system , reinstalling office 2016 , problem back. bug in windows 10

firstly, i’d confirm whether have added shared mailbox said in article below in ‘add person’s mailbox profile’ part:

please confirm whether shared mailbox has large size means there many emails in shared mailbox.

meanwhile, have used scanpst tool , got errors, suggest create new profile , add account , shared mailbox new profile see if issue persists. here article reference:
