yesterday microsoft office (outlook, word, excel etc) stopped working.

a box comes that's says 'were sorry. outlook has run error preventing working correctly. outlook need closed result.

underneath has 3 options, repair (which solves nothing), , close.

i have noticed @ top says software unlicensed product though purchased 3 user licence direct microsoft (poss windows) store. outlook not stay open long enough me check licence.

i need cannot use of programs.
