Outlook 2010 Replying fonts keep changing - Microsoft Community


dear all,

 

the issue outlook 2010.

the default fonts setting arial 10 option i.e. (new, replying or forwarding, composing , reading plain text)

 

the issue when replying/forwarding emails, font changes on own tahoma or times new roman etc.

when see this, change font arial 10.

in sent items email font has changed again on own.

 

so far have tried following:

in personal stationary settings, changing font arial 10 else , saving.

then checked if issue occurs. did.

again setting font arial 10.

issue occurs again.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
