Outlook 2016 MAC - can't open any emails - Microsoft Community


i auto-upgraded outlook v15.32 on sierra v10.12.3

since can't open emails.  double-clicking opens email right pane, not in new window.  right-click , select open nothing.  clicking reply or forward nothing.  this happens in exchange account, hotmail account , local archives.  calendar appointments work before.

i have switched on office insider fast , upgraded v15.33 problem persists.

based on experience, users may meet issue after upgrading outlook mac client version 15.32 (170221). these users installed webex productivity on machine , solved problem disabling or uninstalling tool. if have installed tool, please try disabling , check if issue persists. if issue solved doing this, please update new version (31.11.1.62) of cisco webex productivity tools fix issue.

 

also, can use outlook mac client full-screen mode , try opening emails.

 

if issue still persists, please give more information can know situation:

1. the detailed version of outlook mac client , mac os. on top bar, click outlook > outlook check outlook version, looks 15.30 (170107). apple menu, choose mac check mac version, looks 10.12(16a323).

2. do see error message when issue occurs? if so, provide screenshot of error message us.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
