Outlook for Android unable to send photos over 1mb? - Microsoft Community


i have many users connect our exchange 2007 server using outlook android app. day-to-day emails , configuration working without problem. when user tries send image (jpg camera) if on 1mb outlook app shows "sending" message disappears!! message no longer in outbox, sent items or drafts!! gone! , never arrives @ destination!

i can reproduce problem using different phones on different networks - suspect may missing in exchange config? or possibly our firewall? 

many users able reproduce problem. our exchange server set send/receive emails upto 30mb. 

i have proven problem related mobile devices/software can send same large pictures owa web interface or outlook desktop client without problem.

can advise/help resolve problem.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
