Outlook for Mac - comments from accepted/declined meeting invites - Microsoft Community


wondering if me troubleshoot issue i'm having.

whenever responds meeting invite , includes comment inside body of response, can see first line appearing in preview pane, reading pane remains blank.

i've tried toggling of settings, including switching on or off message preview , reading pane, problem remains.

is there has experienced same , if so, how did fix this?

apologies belated response rick. had re-install after latest update , re-installing office, issue appears have solved itself. many following on this, should issue present again, bring forward.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
