open outlook 2016 part of office 365 suite , using windows 10. 30 seconds after opening , outlook retrieving emails hotmail , gmail message appears saying there problem , windows must close outlook program ,

based on understanding, outlook cannot open successfully. in case, suggest download , run sara link repair outlook program.

then, try opening outlook, work? 

if not, try using safe mode open outlook.

press "win+r", type outlook.exe /safe

note: there space between outlook.exe , /safe

it can let know whether issue related 3rd party add-in.

if safe mode works, may need check whether have installed add-ins. remove them 1 one find problematic one.
