Problems with Office 365 and with Office 2010 - Microsoft Community


all programs on office 2010 , 365 keep dropping out , suggesting there fault.

how round this, extremely frustrating?

possible concern caused corrupted file on app, though know more can isolate concern. kindly answer following questions:

  • when did concern started happening?
  • were there changes computer before concern started happening?
  • do receive error codes or messages?
  • does happen when opening file office app, or opening app itself?
  • have performed troubleshooting steps?

before answer helpful advice tried rebooting system.  appears have worked.  hold breathe continue so.

the problem appears have started 2 days before contacted forum.

there no changes computer.

a message received stated problem had occurred , app closing.  occurred when tried use excel , word.  tried clearing item using spy hunter , removed intrusions

the problem happened when trying open office apps.

as stated earlier have rebooted system problem appears have gone away.  hope!
