Send to mail recipient not working win 10 outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


hi

i have new computer hp (all in one) running win 10 32 bit.(**** computer)

i have office 365, outlook 2016.

send mail recipient not working.

i have done mailrecipient.mapimail file, did not work.

did this  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/234487/outlook-send-to-mail-recipient-opens-an-outlook-plain-text-message ,

but have have outlook closed work.

i thought things meant easier users, instead have microsoft/computer techs make things work.

bloody ridiculous

all defaults set outlook.

programs & features, select ms office>change>repair, when repair completes, in explorer>documents re-test 'send to'>mail recipient.......... should open new msg whether ol running or not.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
