able send mail , receive internal mail, not getting emails addressed clients , outside company.

according description, can receive emails external. firstly suggest check if have add required dns recording domain @ dns hosting provider mx record. here required dns office 365 exchange online:

note: mx domain-com.mail.protection.outlook.com

check external senders if have received ndr (non-delivery report) when sending emails you. can use test external email address send email office 365 account test this. if so, please send entire ndr in private message further research.
