Win 7 Outlook 2016 Double error message - Microsoft Community


i running windows 7 , x64, 1st time using outlook.  when click on outlook icon, 2 of these messages popping up; 1 right after another, program opens when click ok on error messages.

"either there no default mail client or current mail client cannot fulfill message request.  please run microsoft outlook , set default mail client."

i have tried setrting default (no other mail program on computer - new installation) uninstalling , re-installing.  i've searched several times answer , tried several different things, including things registry (didn't work imported saved registry back)...help.  this quite annoying.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
