wrong person listed in from - Microsoft Community


i have changed names of employees use our business icloud accounts. clyde once used email ending in "@icloud.com" email address used donnie.

i have checked contacts , contacts have been changed list donnie's name *** email address removed privacy *** email address. when click on name (listed clyde in box) , open contact contact shows donnie.

how correct show donnie in correct instead of clyde (which shows incorrectly unless right click , "open outlook contact...)?

when typing email address in "to" input box , when auto complete records show up, click "x" next address delete cache. after that, restart outlook, type right email address in "to" input box , send email address. contact show right name?

if not, delete contact , create new 1 correct name , email address see if works.
