still same problem had "regedit" under run and set "1"  "disablehyperlinkwarning" typed under "security" created.

i know there lots of people whom doesn't work. have 3 pcs win 7 , win 10 , office 365 work perfectly.

can maybe locate folder security holds key. right click , copy key name.

it should say:

hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\office\16.0\common\security

we had problems in past work 1 user not maybe try creating new user , testing there.
