Outlook sync error 800CCC0E-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community


i had problems sync-ing emails (gmail accout) error code 800ccc0e-0-0-560. did "root folder path" , typed inbox in still find same problems. says sync version 16.0.8201.2025. updated window week ago , i'm @ microsoft. net framework 4.7 windows 10 version 1607 , windows server 2016 x64 (kb3186568).

about sync issue facing, make sure firewall configure correctly , network works @ first steps. 

 

have tried removing account , adding back? if not, please try check issue.

if so, please try again in the outlook safe mode. please exit outlook client > hold ctrl key , , startup outlook > choose yes on pop-up window.

 

meanwhile, sync issue, please add gmail account mail client, windows os default mail app check issue. if issue disappear, may outlook client issue, can try repairing outlook client check issue. if issue appear, please login gmail web server check if needed settings ignore.

 

also, testing via pc exclude windows os causes issue.

 

moreover, can provide entire error message via capturing screenshot further assistance?
