Can't add outlook.com accounts to Outlook - Microsoft Community


hello, i'm trying add 2 outlook.com accounts latest version of outlook i'm unable to.

i'm getting issue can't resolve it. contacted answer desk, remote assistance couldn't me.

i'm out of options.

we know more concern regarding outlook.com account. kindly provide answers on questions below:

  • have updated device creators update prior concern?
  • did update outlook app?
  • are using outlook.com email or office 365 business?
  • what protocol using when adding account, pop, imap, eas?
