Emails Delayed When Scrolling - Microsoft Community


does else have issue? whenever scroll on 365 emails delayed , scrolling in blank space. maddening least. there way adjust caching of 365 not this? little bug has caused entire company find alternative client.

based on description, may know if you’re encountering issue when using owa(outlook web app)? if yes, please check troubleshooting steps below:

 

  1. try different browsers(ie, chrome , firefox) , see if helps.
  2. try in-private browsing in ie , see if issue persists. can press ctrl+shift+p start in-private browsing in ie.
  3. clear cookies , cache web browser.
  4. if possible, try network environment (like home) , see if there improvement.

 

if you’re not using owa, i’d collect information:

 

  1. do use outlook desktop client? outlook windows or outlook mac? , please let know detailed version.
  2. please record video of symptom , share better understanding.

 

any updates appreciated.
