How to Automatically Send an Email based on a data from a column in - Microsoft Community


hi everyone,

i have arranged , grouped outlook contacts files show details in specific columns (e.g. first name, last name, due date, etc). currently, manually send email contacts data that's past due date (based on column). wondering if of knows if there way automatically trigger emails sent? can use flow or other apps or there built in feature in outlook allows this? way, i'm using outlook 2016.

with current design of outlook 2016, option you're referring not yet available. feature inquiring idea , great feature have.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
