Sync Outlook Calendar and Contacts on PC and Android phone. - Microsoft Community


i have microsoft surface pro 3 outlook on office 365 home. outlook on pc setup imap/ smtp.

 

my mobile phone android lg g5, outlook on office 365 home.

 

email works fine. goes both devices.

 

however, outlook calendar , contacts don’t sync between phone , pc.

 

i have researched , contacted microsoft support. no 1 has been able help. seems millions of people gmail addresses still want exclusively use outlook devices. don’t want change gmail address outlook.com address because entire world knows me gmail address. if can’t have use google calendaring , contacts.

is able or lost cause?

fwiw, have absolutely no need ever change email address away gmail in order take advantage of calendar , contact syncing offered outlook.com account.  have outlook.com account never send use strictly contacts, no 1 on outside world knows exists, keeps contacts synced nicely between outlook 2016 desktop , android phone.
