Backup Outlook For Mac Database - Microsoft Community


hello everyone,

i looking solution backup outlook mac email database. have tried exporting email database using "export" function, exported olm files corrupted. cannot import file outlook account. also, backup outlook emails regularly, in order keep emails safe. need know if there other alternatives available other exporting emails olm files.

outlook 2016 mac stores messages , other items, such calendar events, contacts, tasks, , notes, sqlite database in /users/username/library/group containers/ubf8t346g9.office/outlook/outlook 15 profiles folder. 

 

you can folder outlook items. please note first time open outlook after restoring backup, outlook may take while rebuild database.
