Can't delete Calendar events in Office for 365 for Mac - Microsoft Community


i have calendar invites on office 365 local outlook not able delete. keep on going individual invites, hit delete, , don''t disappear calendar. 

reason, still have in outbox email calendar invite can't delete. have tried deleting it, changing person sending deleting , never leaves. 

i have tried uninstalling outlook , reinstalling , stays same.

may know outlook client version using? please provide detailed information (e.g. outlook 2016 mso (16.0.7329.1023) 32-bit).

have tried delete calendar events outlook web app? 

if have set office 365 account on multiple devices such phone/tab/desktop. please temporarily disconnect other devices (e.g. mobile/desktop client) , try delete calendar events via using outlook web app see whether problem still occurs.

when “i still have in outbox email calendar invite can't delete” outlook work offline when try clear outbox? if not, please click outlook menu> work offline , click outbox edit or delete messages.

thank feedback here. did not work regarding deleting of email. did reach out ms support amazing. turns out had delete within apple's keychain system forcing outlook connect previous hosting certificate causing conflict. 

once deleted within keychain on apple side, worked again. 


follow up.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
