even though "no automatic filtering" selected, email still gets diverted junk email folder.

only seems outlook client. 32 bit , 64 bit. doesn't matter.  owa not moving emails, outlook client. running against exchange 2010.

also please let know detailed outlook client version clicking file->office account->about outlook. 
meanwhile, said running against exchange 2010, did have pure on-premises 2010 or hybrid exchange online?
