flags for followup not working and email not coming in on - Microsoft Community


our email server changed platforms , having trouble few things.

1- flag emails follow , when go filter emails - flagged , not show up. once flagged yesterday showup , emails flagged unflagged showing no recent flagged emails are.

2- emails not coming in in timely manner. if hit send/receive button. know have emails because check on webmail feature our server has not coming in outlook. come in in batches half hour or after received.

the changes happened on email server, possible changes triggered issue having on syncing emails outlook. resolve concern, best contact email service provider check if there updates on settings need work on.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
