GSuite with MS Outlook - Microsoft Community


hi all,

i new gsuite user ms outlook. after lot of reading , search have managed ms outlook working gmail business mail account. issue outlook not loading until ran administrator. 

but have issue can't search in outlook mailbox running administrator. there can use ms outlook gsuite search option enabled?

that never solution , workaround since security risk. search indeed not work when running outlook elevated permissions since not designed work way.

when need run outlook administrator make work, indicates have add-in installed doing wrong way or have dependency on data stored in location don't have access regular user. information provided, hard applies you.

which add-ins have installed?
file-> options-> add-ins

do have email account configured imap account?

is data stored within user folder?
file-> account settings-> account settings...-> tab email , tab data files

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
