Insert as Text on Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community

i have followed instructions adding attach file ribbon , quick access toolbar, when click on paperclip dialog box opens. title of dialog box says attach file instead of insert file , in place of insert button says open.

with regard concern, let walk through on how send emails html template. follow steps below:

1. add attach file icon quick access toolbar (qat). this, click on new email button open new email message.
2. select file, click on options and choose quick access toolbar.
3. under popular commands, highlight attach file , click add button.
4. click ok.

now, when insert html file, use attach file button on qat, see insert text option.

once done, open html file using word (right-click on html file , select open with), press ctrl + to copy content in word document , paste content outlook.
