Internal MAPI error when copying email messages into Outlook 2010 - Microsoft Community


i trying copy individual .msg files outlook 2010. when drag , drop email desktop outlook folder following message:

"cannot copy items. internal mapi error: invalid parameter passed mapi function. contact administrator."

what causing mapi error , how can resolve it?
