May 2017 - Windows Creators Update zapped all Outlook 16 Sent Box - Microsoft Community


lost sent email outlook 16 after windows creator's update on sunday...how them back?  none of community thread suggestions have helped far.  if cannot them back, how sure doesn't happen in future , doesn't happen other folders?  had important sent emails in folder seem lost forever.  should disable outlook 16 email account , go provider email?  never happened there.  thought more secure option , zap... sent email disappear.  beyond frustrating.  technology frustrating...just when think got it... didn't it!

if access email account through email provider, sent items appear? know if there issues within application or server of email provider.
