Microsoft Outlook app for ANDROID users updated March 23, - Microsoft Community


with newest update outlook app, each time try compose message, message says outlook has stopped. , gives me option report or okay. either way, app crashes. have uninstalled , reinstalled app 9 times. each time crashes when try compose new message. have reached out outlook support within app on button , spoken them several times. have no solution. no 1 seems know how fix problem. had find email app use. shame. have been other comments in aps store have complained app closing when try compose message. microsoft, microsoft, please fix problem.

 i accessing app.  scrolled down into the permission details section says "version 2.1.165 can access" there list.  app in "google play store."  whatever version have there 1 available me download.  says "microsoft outlook," 3.9 rating, "official microsoft outlook app android phones , tablets."  updated march 23, 2017.  when problem began android users.

there several complaints latest update.  there 1 dated 4/8/2017 swaminathan b. says "crashing (unable open app) after latest update/bug fixes."
