not receiving messages addressed to email alias accounts Office365 - Microsoft Community


hi, have number of email accounts related couple of different private domains which, until 2 days ago, receiving messages through exchange server outlook365.

however, have not received messages sent these accounts past 2 days.  message trace through exchange admin centre shows no record of of these messages past 2 days.  am still receiving messages sent primary outlook365 account.

whether related or not, password expired 2 days ago . . . , had create new profile in outlook old profile caused outlook error on start-up (i think because of password expiration).

i'm little embarassed - turns out, of messages alias email addresses come our web pages.  when had make password change office365, our websites not updated not able send messages, hence not receiving them.  once updated in websites, ok.
