Save attachment to OneDrive does not save - Microsoft Community


have .jpg attachment in email.  in attachment thumbnail preview click on save onedrive, personal.  shows saved onedrive blue onedrive clouds.  can't locate them.  when click on open drive drive location attachment pull down menu opens edge, goes onedrive , page says "this item might not exist or no longer available".  function broken?  logged in same ms account.  appears not save says is.

  • does issue occur on of .jpg file?
  • did try save other file test if still encounter same issue?
  • did set onedrive desktop app sync on onedrive online?
