Skype for Business and Outlook for Mac 2016 - Schedule online meeting - Microsoft Community

(wasn't sure if right place post it)

i wondering if clarify me, using skype buesiness many of our clients using though nice outlook online meeting feature working message loading bar "resolving sip names smtp addresses" error saying "you cannot schedule online meeting because there might issues sign in account. make sure signed in same account use microsoft outlook. if problem continues, contact system administrator".

 

the account have signed skype business *** email address removed privacy ***

the account have licensed outlook is *** email address removed privacy *** (office business premium)

 

so both using same account dont see why getting issue?

is because email account in outlook isnt in format of *** email address removed privacy ***, is *** email address removed privacy ***?

 

any pointers appreciated

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
