Mail failure - Microsoft Community


delivery has failed these recipients or groups:

when sending mail <email address removed moderator>it shows.

your message couldn't delivered because weren't recognized valid sender. common reason email address suspected of sending spam , it's no longer allowed send messages outside of organization. contact email admin assistance.

i have removed email address protecting privacy.

based on error message, suggest log into exchange admin center via admin credential, , click protection> action center to check if account blocked.
