Outlook in Office 2007 - Microsoft Community


problem when want send email using outlook 2007 – , not have recipient’s email address in head – have up.  clicking on “to” when message page opens, brings entire database of contact names.  far, good.

 

but since switched on old laptop new one, names come in order of first name first whereas need them come in order of last name first.  contacts entered in outlook, under “file as,” last name first.  , still display way.

how can contacts come last name first when click on "to" in new email?
