it seems me ms shoving onedrive , other online tools down our throat. got office 2016 (and w 10) , saves docs, ppt, excel sheets online files (though .docx or .xlssx - perhaps last x indicates online?) tormenting people can't open them. received pdf , opened in online form astoundingly doesn't offer rotating option. not let me save abode file, when search additional options.

what missing here? first, i'd appreciate guidance on pdf rotation. found "stupid people trick" way save docs people can open them, other question - ms's goal strategy? seems again trying muscle questionable product, when conspired ie default browser , tried force people use bing.

did receive pdf file via email? if so, can download or save file pc, , open using pdf reader program before can rotate it.

in addition, appears rotating feature you're looking not yet available on onedrive.com or office online. in case, recommend sending feedback onedrive on link.
