Outlook 2016 for Mac - Saving emails and folders to PDF - Microsoft Community


reinstalled outlook different drive. when go print email click on pdf menu , select web receipts. when go web receipts folder they're not there. i've searched everywhere , can't find them. when use spotlight find them, spotlight doesn't folder there in. how figure out folder in?

to locate web receipts folder, suggest first find spotlight, right click folder >get info, in popping-up web receipts info window, check where under general, , information of behind where location of folder.

if cannot find location based on methods above, as this folder belongs mac , our forum focus on support of outlook mac,  i suggest contact apple support for dedicated assistance.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
